Creating the backdrop

I found one suitable for what I needed, and I wanted to buy it, but I saw that I was not allowed to modify it, and then I had the idea to register on Discord, to pay 30 dollars a month for it I create through AI a backdrop similar to the original idea. I was informed that the person who creates an image through AI also owns the rights to that image.
