I am planning to capture 6 people's iris in the sharper way possible and with the depth of field as big as possible.

I will be using a Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 sport Super telephoto Zoom Lens
I am planning to shoot at my place.
I will be shooting one of my housemate, the Lockdown rules are still in place, in the meantime still thinking how to make a photoshoot, and stay safe.
I am planning to photograph in the dark, with only one LED light source, coming from the side of his eye.
I will be using Photoshop, to crop the eye, and I will give it a round shape, with a black background.
I will stay at a fairly distance
If that does not work, and the iris would not be as good I want it
